1. Costos de envío del reembolso: los clientes se hacen cargo del coste del envío de devolución. Si el artículo se envió con envío gratuito, el coste original del envío se descontará del reembolso.
2. Dirección de devolución: el cliente debe enviar los artículos directamente al almacén de Dr.Melaxin.
3. Plazo para solicitar el reembolso: los reembolsos deben solicitarse dentro de los 14 días posteriores a la recepción del producto.
4. Límite de producto: se admite un máximo de un producto por persona para el reembolso del 100%.
Te avisaremos en cuanto hayamos recibido e inspeccionado tu devolución, y te diremos si el reembolso ha sido aprobado o no. Si se aprueba, se te reembolsará automáticamente en tu método de pago original en un plazo de 10 días hábiles. Recuerda que tu banco o tu compañía de tarjeta de crédito también puede tardar un tiempo en procesar y registrar el reembolso.

Not drying I’m someone who can usually only use an oil cleanser due to the fact that I am prone to acne, and regular foam cleansers strip my skin of oil, causing me to over produce oil-hence the acne. This cleanser does not dry out my skin. And it smells like roses! Great product!

Great cleanser! This facial cleanser does a great job keeping my face squeaky clean. Removes most make up well, does struggle a little with waterproof eye makeup, but removes more than a lot of other facial cleansers. Skin is smooth and hydrated. Poors are diminished. Product smells nice. No breakouts or skin issues since starting this a couple weeks ago, just soft, hydrated, smooth skin.

Dr. Melaxin Melting Cleanser For 15 years I've used the facial same products, only something had definitely changed in my faithful products, my looked dry and dull. I kept see people my age on social media raving about Dr. Melaxin, So I decided to buy in. The first facial washing with the melting cleanser I was very impressed- the fragrance is wonderful, and my skin didn't appear to look dull and dry. I've been using the melting cleanser for about a 3 weeks and I really like it, so much that I decided to purchase 2 more bottles for fear of running out and not being able to purchase when I'm running low. Now I'm off to order 2 bottles of the Rice toner to accompany my backup I have on hand. I absolutely love this product !
