I have severe dry eyes that are always inflamed, burning and red. An important part of dry eye care is hot moist compresses, but those require some dedicated time where you can just sit there with an eye mask over your eyes, you can't do that all day every day. So I use this heated massager while I am working, as sitting in front of a screen all day is terrible for dry eyes. The heat is immediately soothing. There has been a reduction in the inflamed appearance of my eyes and the heat & massage seems to be helping the lipids, leaving my eyes feeling more moist after using it. A great little tool in the battle against dry eyes. I can't yet speak to wrinkle reduction or tightening but if that occurs, it will be a nice bonus. It is serving my primary purpose of heat application and massage for eye relief. I bought one for a gift and may buy another to carry around in my purse - it's small and lightweight. I like the small size and shape of this device, which is accurately described by other recent reviewers. It fits into the crevices around eyes and mouth comfortably, and you can fairly confidently use it while doing something else entirely (so, not using a mirror) and not risk shining the red light into your eye, which is not a great idea. I haven't tested the temperature for accuracy, but it feels as warm as my hot tub at 40/104, which could help to hydrate eyes because the normal secretions can be waxy in consistency. Vibration mode should not be used on the eyeball itself, but can be used safely on the undereye area and bones. It does seem to remove swelling. I think it's a good buy.

I have been using this for a couple of weeks now, I noticed almost immediately an improvement in my skin. My giant pores don't look as large, my skin is clearer and smoother after I use it.
